We are able to provide for a wide range of events. Showers, birthday parties, graduations, corporate events, family gatherings down to small office lunches.

We offer both delivery and pick up options. There is a delivery fee based on distance from the restaurant. After you place your order, our online ordering portal will calculate the cost for you.

You may pick up your catering directly from our location in Hamtramck if you prefer too.

To order one of the Polish Party Packages you would need to be ordering for a minimum of 10 guests. If need to feed a smaller group we do offer small trays & dozens where you can tailor your order or you can order directly from the restaurant menu.

You can order at any time. We ask that you place large orders at least 48-72 hours before you need them but you can place your order months in advance if you need to. As soon as your order, your time slot and date will be saved for you.

No deposit needed. You can pay when you complete your order online or at the time of delivery. We accept credit cards, cash or checks.

If you have already placed an order online, you will need to email polishvillagecafe@gmail.com to add/remove any items or if you have to change your guest count to increase/decrease the amount of food delivered. Any changes to your order we need to know the day before minimum.

A driver will be delivering everything to the delivery address you provide. Food is transported in hot boxes so it does not get cold in transport. Please be by your phone if the driver is having trouble finding your address.

If you added a sterno set up to your order, please have a table cleared and ready that will fit all of the set ups. Packages usually have 5-7 sterno set ups.

Besides all the food that you’ve ordered, we provide serving utensils. As well as dressing for salads, butter for breads, sour cream for pierogi, horseradish for kielbasa.

We offer plasticware, napkins & plates at no extra charge if they are needed. You can request them when you are placing your order. If you do not need these items for your party please do not order them.

Sterno setups are not automatically included. If you need sterno set ups (Wire rack, canned heat & water pan) there is an option to add them when ordering a package. There is a $25 deposit to add sterno set ups. To return sternos bring them to our physical location in Hamtramck. We cannot come and pick them up.

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel an order please let us know ASAP. If you have already paid ahead we can refund you.
